Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. Coaching programs are governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls.
Use of the site
You may use this site for your own lawful, personal, and business purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it to send anything unlawful.
Our content
Everything on this site, including the text, layout, graphics, and the coaching frameworks described here, belongs to Chirag Shah Coaching or is used with permission. You may read it and share links to it. You may not republish, resell, or use it to build a competing coaching product without our written permission.
Trademarks
Compass, Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s International Realty, and Corcoran are trademarks of their respective owners. Chirag Shah Coaching is an independent practice. References to those brands describe the agents and franchises we serve and do not imply that those companies endorse us.
No guarantee of results
The results described on this site are what specific clients achieved in their own markets and circumstances. They are not a promise of what you will achieve. Real estate outcomes depend on your market, your effort, and factors none of us control. Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice.
Links out
Where we link to another site we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Chirag Shah Coaching is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
