Chirag Shah Coaching is an independent real estate coaching and AI training program. As the official Tech Integration Coach for the Compass International Holdings Home Platform, we serve agents and franchises across Compass, Coldwell Banker, Corcoran, and Sotheby's International Realty. An independent practice, which means we work for you, not your company.
Chirag Shah is a 14-year real estate agent, former Director of Coaching and Training at Compass, and co-creator of Pitching Compass with Robert Reffkin. He built the initial training for the CIH Home Platform and has spent 17,000+ hours coaching agents across the country. He's a 2025 RISMedia Newsmaker and 2026 Inman Power Player.

Programs & Format
Four tiers: Core (three two-day bootcamps starting at $1,500), Growth (1:1 coaching with Chirag at $3,000/month), Scale (VIP Day in-person at HQ at $10,000), and Legacy (Full Installation, done-for-you at $30,000). Start where your business is today and move up when you're ready.
Core programs are virtual, two focused days built around your business and your tech. Scale (VIP Day) and Legacy (Full Installation) are in-person at Chirag Shah Coaching's coaching headquarters. 1:1 Coaching (Growth) is virtual.
Two days, your business, your goals. You learn each system step by step, mapped to your actual business, not generic theory. And if you want it installed hands-on, add Tech Support Sessions with Grant: our team works directly in your platforms, building everything live.
Commitment & Time
Not for most programs. Core programs are two days, no ongoing commitment. Scale (VIP Day) is a single day. Legacy (Full Installation) is a defined project. The only long-term commitment is Growth (1:1 Coaching), which is a six-month contract.
That depends on the program. Core programs are two focused days. After that, the systems are built, you don't need to maintain them. 1:1 Coaching is three 30-minute sessions per month. We designed Chirag Shah Coaching specifically for busy, high-producing agents who don't have time to waste.
Pricing
Core programs: $1,500 per program. Add-ons available ($300-$1,000). Growth (1:1 Coaching): $3,000/month, six-month commitment. Scale (VIP Day): $10,000. Legacy (Full Installation): $30,000.

Technology & AI
No. That's the point. We build working AI systems into your business regardless of where you're starting. If you've never opened a ChatGPT window, that's fine. If you're already using AI daily and want to go deeper, we'll build on what you have.
The Compass International Holdings Home Platform and the tech stacks across Compass, Coldwell Banker, Corcoran, and Sotheby's, plus the AI tools your team already has access to, including Claude, ChatGPT, and others. We work with what you have and help you get more out of it.
Most of them, yes. The AI OS and Prospecting OS are built around your database and your business, not your brokerage's tech stack. We'll tell you exactly what carries over and what doesn't before you build.
Working with the Team
For 1:1 Coaching (Growth), VIP Day (Scale), and Legacy (Full Installation), yes, Chirag is directly involved in every engagement. For Core programs, Chirag or a trained Chirag Shah Coaching team member delivers the session. Our team page has full bios so you know exactly who you're working with.
Tech Support Sessions ($1,000 for 4 x 1-hour sessions with Grant) are available as an add-on for any Core program. For ongoing access to Chirag, Growth (1:1 Coaching) is the right next step.
