How do I know which program to start with?
If you're newer to AI and want to start with something practical and fast, a Core course is the right call. If you know the basics and you're ready to build the systems, pick a Growth bootcamp. If you want a direct coaching relationship, that's Scale. And if you want everything done for you by the Chirag Shah Coaching team, that's Legacy. Not sure? Book a call and we'll point you in the right direction.
Do I have to commit to a long program?
No. Growth bootcamps are focused two-day sessions, and each one also comes pre-recorded to watch at your own pace. The only long-term commitment in our lineup is the 1:1 Membership (Scale), which is a six-month contract.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. Teams are welcome at every tier.
Do you work with agents at all the CIH brands?
Yes. We serve agents and franchises across all four Compass International Holdings brands. Compass, Coldwell Banker, Corcoran, and Sotheby's International Realty. The programs are identical regardless of which brand you're with.
