    Chirag Shah spent 14 years as a working real estate agent before most coaching programs even knew what a tech stack was. He learned the business from the ground up, listings, buyers, teams, markets, the whole thing, and then spent years inside Compass as Director of Coaching and Training, building the systems that thousands of agents used every day.
